Obtain your Provisional License
Before you can start to learn to drive you will need to purchase a provisional driving licence.You can obtain a form (D1) from your local Post Office or apply online.

Theory Test
You can book this online at www.dsa.gov.uk or telephone 0300 2001122.
Theory Questions - You need to get 43 out of 50 questions correct to pass
Hazard Perception - You need to get 44 out of a possible 75 correct to passa
Driving Test
This will last for approximately 40 minutes and cover a route with varying speed limits. You will be asked to carry out 2 manoevers and may be an emergency stop. You are allowed to obtain up to 15 driver errors (with Elite, most will get between 1 and 6!).
